Installing new Amp and Custom Sub Box, Recomendations Needed!

Hello everyone, This is my first post to the thread and I was hoping for some help/recommendations. I own a 2008 unlimited, and I am looking to order and install a box with dual 10" subs and an amplifier in the next week. I am new to the audio world and my question is how difficult is it to wire the amp into the stock radio head unit? Also, will I need to re wire my stock speakers or anything in order to do so and how difficult will it be to tune my system when it is complete. As I said, I am only installing a 1000 Watt Amp and two 10s, everything will remain stock for now.

This is that I am looking to purchase:

Custom Down-facing box to fit between the back of the rear seats and the wheel wells
Jeep Wrangler JK 07 - 08 4 Door Dual 10" Subwoofer Box | eBay

2 -KICKER 2010 C10 10" SUBS

RE Audio DTS-1000.1
1000W Monoblock Class D DTS Series Car Amplifier

Some help, pictures and recomendations would be fantastic because I am looking to order all of this by the end of this week. Thank you!

Much easier to wire system with aftermarket radio. But it is possible to do it with stock system. Only this I question is the canbus system. I would take to somewhere like best buy or a well known audio shop. Or if u like to take risk check YouTube.

I currently run 2 12" Rockford Fosgates P3 subs enclosed in a downfire box with a JL 1000 JX mono block amplifier, with 4 gauge wire and a 1 farrad capacitor. I also run the upgraded factory headunit (730N). I doubt with Kickers that you will draw as much power but at certain volume levels my lighting will surge/dim out even with a 1 farrad capacitor. Also with any factory headunit there are built in limiters, which were designed to keep the user from blowing the infinity sub that came in some Jeeps. Therefore you will still gain more than your stock system but until you purchase an aftermarket headunit, you will not truly gain all available power or control from your aftermarket system due to the limiters within the stock headunit.

I'm actually considering moving to another battery instead of a capacitor due to the current draw and dim/surging of the lighting.
