Default ipf 968 hid conversion?!

Has anyone tried putting an hid kit in the ipf 968 auxillery light housing? Im thinking about changing all my lights over HID! DDM makes a H3 kit so it should work. I dont like the rugged ridge kit. My buddy has them and they look like the same ones you can buy at O'Reillys.. Thoughts?

The IPF 968 has the combination pattern and it has a wider pattern for fog light, the HID migh produce too much glare.
the best thing is to try it and see.

I finally got around to doing this. I wasnt really happy with the beam pattern but they are for sure bright! it just kind of spreads the light out a little much for my liking. put some pictures up of what you did because i forgot to take pictures.
