Default Jeep freaked out

Alright my jku freaked out on me and now I'm a little worried. Was driving normal then all of a sudden all my electrical stuff came on. My wipers came on it squirted water out too in windshield. My ESP came on. My horned came on and would not go off. Doors locked. Pulled over and shut off key and pulled it out and this where it gets weird, everything stayed on even the engine. Doors would not unlock had to manual unlock driver door and it wasn't easy. It took some force. Put key back in and turned over and everything went normal except now check engine light is on. Anyone have something like this happen or could you help me out.

I wish I could help but I do have a question. Was it raining or snowing? Same thing happened to mine. Ended up pulling both fuses for the horn and so far so good...for now.

No I'm in Louisiana. Bout 70 degrees outside and overcast. I looked under hooked and all looked good. Looked under jeep and all looked good except I noticed I might have a blown rear shock. Guess I can look into a lift now lol. Yay. I don't know what the deal is.

Same thing happened to my 2007. It only did it one time never had a problem with it again. I did take it to the dealership and they couldn't pull any codes. I drove it for a year or so then traded up to a 2012. But every time I drove it, it was in the back of my mind

I would disconnect the battery for awhile, and do a reset.
