I want to install a CB-radio in my 08 sahara, I read that you need a special adapter to the harness to do so?

 

At first I ran mine and spliced into the 12 v power outlet. That worked but got noise when I plugged something into the outlet. I have since gone through one of the fire wall holes and went off the battery. No special connections needed for this. As for the antenna run your wire to where you want it instal your bracket and take it to a CB shop to get the antenna tuned to your radio unless you have your own meter.
