KC or IPAA

I am in the market for a couple sets of lights. 1 - for the bumper, I am thinking driving lights. 2 - to be attached to windshield mounts, I am thinking spots. Does this make sense? What do most of you have? I am considering KC or IPAA, which should I go with?

I have the 130W KC Hi-Lites on my windsheild mounts. They give decent coverage but are more of a spot light. I love them, easy install, reliable, and the titanium finish looks nice.

Dunno about the PIAA.

I installed KC's on my windshield mounts and liked them. I then ordered a set of KC Rally 800's for my bumper bar mounts. They arrived, I installed and only one came on. I emailed KC about it and two days later there was a new bulb sitting in my mailbox. No questions, no hassles. Service like that talked me into putting a set of KC backup lights on the gas can racks. My vote's with the KC's.

how much brighter are the rallye 800's than the slimlights?

If you want some versatility I have Warn SDB 160's on my windshield. They are dual purpose Spot and Flood and they are great! I took them from my truck when I traded it for my Jeep. I was also very pleased with KC Daylighters on my YJ. For your drivers I have PIAA 004's. They are small and very bright.

I am using the PIAA dual beam driving/fog lights on my bumper. They seem to work well.
