Default KC Light Relay

Installed some windshield lights on the jeep. Had a question about what the relay should look like. When I plugged it into the harness, it doesn't look like it goes all the way in. Like there is a gap where the prongs are exposed. 85% of it is plugged in. This sound right?

Everything works.

Should plug in all the way-- Just did two sets night before last and they both are very tight to the harness.

No-- try unplugging it and then plugging it back in-- on one of mine I had a similar issue and once I realigned it there was no gap.

Got it. Just fixed it up. Just needed a little muscle. Here's some pics.

Make sure the pins ar not bent on the relay.
Make sure that the female contacts are not out of place on the socket.
Make sure the both the relay and the socket are oriented corectly.
Then - apply as much force as needed.
