Lights, and everything else serviced by the fuse block.

95 amps is the total of my lights and siren, so should I use a 100 amp relay or higher?

Dang, that's a lot of amps. What size wire is feeding that fuse block? A high amperage relay (like 100A) is often called a solenoid in the automotive world, as in starter solenoid; and would have to be continuous duty rated.

I'd like to talk you out of this -- just turn it off and put on a smart battery charger. Usually I advocate taking chances and trial by fire, but you're sounding really unfamiliar with the electrical side of things. This kind of project with large wire can blow up batteries and burn up both Jeeps and people. Please take no offense. I can't know what you know about safe electrical work, and I'd want a heads up if the situation was reversed.

BTW, I need to see Mardi Gras some day!

I agree with Mr.T. That's a lot of amps, and would require a continuous duty solenoid.
It's beginning to sound like you should go to a place that specializes in wiring emergency vehicles with lots of lights and other gear. They can look your vehicle over and tell you the best way to do this.
