Default Led lights

I am going to replace my tail lights with LED lights. Do I need to change the flasher or is it better to instal a resister? Thanks for the help Guys! Oh yeah, they are the trailer type with rubber gromet, plain and simple nothing built in,

I don't think there is a "flasher" to replace. It's all computer controlled. That clicking you hear is just a speaker on the back of your gauge cluster.

Default Resister?

OK guys, My question now is, do I put a resister for each L/R turn-break and tail?
Or will 1 resister do both taillights and 1 for left turn, and 1 for right turn?
and what about Back up's? Thanks for your help
