Light bar Bracket?
Hello everyone I am new to the Jeep club.I recently purchase a 2008 Jeep wrangler unlimited for my daughter 16th Birthday. It has a 50" light bar on it that is blown but the guy I bought it from gave me a new 53" curved light bar. I'm having a very hard time finding a bracket that will fit it. Any help locating one would greatly be appreciated

I get so conflicted with these posts about teenage driver's in an older wrangler. I have a 17yo daughter and son and I come at these things with the idea of does this kid care to learn and soak everything up about the vehicle or not, cuz these things are just different than normal cars when it comes to steering and wobble issues. I'd say sell that light bar for as much as you can get for it, and put that money into an upgrade that will keep her safe, like nice ball joints. She going to be offroading or hunting for snipe at night that she needs a light bar like that? I know that won't be a popular opinion.

Kudos to you! I wish everyone taught their kids how to bend a wrench. I hope my kids grow up to be doctors, lawyers, or engineers. but at the least, they’ll know how to work on their own stuff and not get ripped off by some cheesy grease monkey.
