Default Lockpick

Am interested in getting a lockpick for my 14. Does anyone have experience with them and the install, was it simple or hard, what's the best feature you use, does it extend easily to multiple monitors, and anything else you can add. Picture please if you have them. Thanks in advance.

I have one in my 2010. The install was simple, yet it took a few hours to do it right, tie wrapping all the wires and such. It is an older model but does most of the same stuff that the new one does. I love it. I connected a reverse camera and my ham radio up to it. I dont have any build pictures, but here is one of my radio displayed on the NAV screen.

You should go to there web site and watch the install video. Also, its best to get all their cables and adapters that you will need.

Default Lockpick

After doing lots of research on various forums etc. I installed one on my 14 JKU.
Easy install, everything works perfect. While I had it all apart I installed an eBay reverse camera and it too worked plug and play with the lockpick. the biggest advantage is being able to input addresses on the go, crazy that Jeep had that locked. KA

Love my lockpick. FYI, all vehicles have it locked when moving or above a certain speed.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

I'd disagree with that statement. On my wives 2012 LR-4 you can input address info at any time or speed.

my apologies I stand corrected, seems some states don't have a law that requires it to be disabled. Poking around it falls under same rules disabling/disallowing a DVD video playing in view/close proximity of the driver. Seems some dealerships will "unlock" the video player and/or gps depending on the state.

PS too funny in the wives!
