LockPick question - mostly doesnt work

I believe I'll be taking my dash apart tonight or this weekend to [attempt to] fix this; but I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue, or if anyone could throw some suggestions my way.

I've got the MyGig RER and a LockPick.
The LockPick works on half the features. The backup camera option works, as does the aux input (use of rear aux input, not just the jack on the front of the MyGig). That tells me that the LockPick itself isn't totally bad.

However, when it comes to video while in motion, or entering addresses while in motion; those features are not working. Of those, I only want to enter an address. I don't care about the video in motion because I find that dangerous.

What version of the Lockpic you you have?

Did you set the dip switches to their correct positions BEFORE plugging in the Lockpic?

I believe, Version 2. Yes, I did. It was working for a while, but then stopped. It has been a while since its worked. I've reset the battery, unplugged and replugged the cables on the LockPic, and updated the software on the mygig.

I did too, however, I'm pulling the dash panel to double and triple check the connections on the back of the radio.

Oh I hear ya there. "it ain't worth doin' if it ain't worth doin'" Rock each connector like a saw a lil' bit when they are half way together as you send them home to fully seated.
