Default Lost Instrument Cluster

Hey All,

I went out to start my JK and had no instrument cluster power. The JK ran fine. Had headlights come on and brake lights worked, but no instrument cluster power. I took the negative terminal off the battery and reset everything. Started the JK up and had instrument cluster. Ran around town and stopped at the grocery store. When I came out, no instrument cluster. Checked it out when I got home and found that when dome light went out, so did instrument cluster. Ran a CAN scan and no DTC's were in the computer. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

Check the Fuse to the instrument cluster.

Saw the title, and thought to myself: How did somebody lose an instrument cluster? Did you take your dash apart, and forget where you put it??

Sounds like maybe a bad connection somewhere, or maybe a bad ground? Has any work been done to the Jeep lately, that might have knocked something loose?
