Mbrp frame light bar
installed in a hour or two
not difficult at all, instructions were a little vague and the pics on the instructions not so hot but if you look at your jeep you can figure it out pretty quickly
use a slow dremel to cut out the plastic pieces on your bumper fill, thats the best advice i can give you, also run the wires through the bar first and then install it, next to damn impossible once installed

i used a unbent wire coat hanger and pulled them thru the hole, and then taped them to the bso it wouldnt fall out... installed thebar and added a longer wire to end to connect the lights, only need the one wire as you can ground the lights to the mount points on the bar as the bar connects direct to frame, cant ask for a beter grounding point
Be careful about grounding it to the bar itself, the screws that attach the bar to the body aren't metal and if you use the foam pad in between the bar and your jeep then you're not grounded. My buddy and I did the wiring after mounting the bar to the Jeep, in hindsight it may have been easier to mount the lights and run the wiring and then attach the centre part of the bar to the uprights.

Wiring these light bars is pretty straight forward. Depending on the lights you buy, many include a relay, instructions, and a switch for inside the Jeep. If you have any questions, your local auto parts store should be able to hook you up with everything you need.
