Hi

I've noticed that when i use my remote starter (dealer intalled mopar jeep unit) that when i go to turn the key to the on position the car slows down for a split second and then it idles back to normal, even the the fan for the vent/heat slows down,,,, before i put it in gear and drive off, is that normal.

 

Yup, normal operation. Mine does the same thing, has something to do with the CANbus system. Goes alon the lines of the hesitation between turning the ignition key, and when the starter engages when not using the remote start.
