Default my gig / lockpick Problems.... help.

OK so I got the my gig radio in my 2010 Sahara, I installed the lock pick so the kids can watch dvd's and I can input addresses on the NAV while moving. For some reason if the DVD is running the NAV just sets still. it's like I never left home.... also when the back up camera comes on it will not cut off until I turn the jeep off. anyone got any idea how to fix this mess??? I guess I'm about to tear the dash apart (AGAIN) and unplug everything and start over.

What lockpock do you have? There are updates on their website you can load into the lockpick. Make sure yours is running the most current update.

It's the V4 model. I just bought it. I'm thinking all the problems are happening when the over ride the factory settings is active (view dvds in motion and input addresses in motion).

Try updating your mygig. There are links to updates on the lockpick site. Burn t to disc, and put the disc in your mygig. It will update from the disc automatically.

Make sure your MyGig is updated with the latest OS software and make 100% sure all the plugs in the back of the MyGig are plugged all the way in. The are really tough to insert fully.

Here's the links for the Updates. (Follow the instructions VERY CLOSELY!!)
