Default Mygig question

If you have a stock jeep radio with sirrus, non infinity system with no amp can you do a plug and play with a Infinity MyGig nav system with the wiring thats is in the stock jeep non Infinity system.

I have a chance to possibly pick a MyGig Nav radio up fairly cheap....what's the thought of this working.

If you google "mygig database", you should come up with a thread that gives you a lot of tech. info about the MyGig.

Basically, as long as you get a high-speed bus one w/ a GPS antenna, it should work in your JK. The thread above should give you more info about updates, directly controlling iPods/iPhones, enabling UConnect, etc.

FWIW, I did as the previous poster suggested.
There is a wealth of info on the My Gig that is posted in another forum that may help with any questions that may come up regarding them.
