I got the mail today and there was this important Motor Vehicle Notification from chrysler, so I open it thinking that there is some recall or something. Well it was a disk to update MyGig to version 9.713. I open the CD and big chunk is missing out of the center of the disk and the chunk was not even the plastic wrapping

 

Got mine today. installed it and lost all my trips and trails. #$%@^

 

Wonder why they are sending out .713? I got my .715 update from H/B back in early March. Also got the latest Gracenotes with it. By the way, I don't know which dvd did it but I lost all music stored on my HDD. Have it all on backup dvd now. What date was on the envelope/package. Maybe it's been lost in the mail.

 

The envelope did not have a date on it, but the plastic wrapping around the disk has a 5/28/08 date

 

how are you guys even getting these sent to you?
i emailed H/B three times with no response. i would never have thought Chrysler would send out discs.
what can i do to receive updated discs??????

 

The phone number that came with the info for Chrysler is 1-800-853-1403. I think you could call them and request one.

I got mine yesterday as well, i wish it was the map updates or atleast an newer version not .713 wheich has been out for quite a while.
