I have been trying to get a hold of Daniel Stern for a over a week now and have had no luck. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this company and could offer any suggestion as to how I can contact them.

Any other headlight suggestions are also welcome.

He's been travelling on emergency family business for a couple weeks. He is back but trying to get caught up with his messages now. He just got in touch with me this morning, and I had left him a message (or 3) starting a 9 days ago.

He's worth the wait.

I wish he would conform to a standard shopping cart or even PayPal ... he does the "Email me your order and credit card" dealy. Not the most secure, but I bought my Cibies from him about 4 years ago and they are amazing, they were packaged very securely from Stern, and the wiring harness was top notch.

 

He just returned my call last night. He explained to me the same thing about family business. Give him a chance. I know he's gotta be swamped. As many people are trying to get him on this forum alone probably means he's gonna be like a one legged man in a butt kickin contest for a while.

 

I was wondering if anyone had any other good lighting solutions. I have left four messages with Dan and emailed...No response. It has been 2 weeks since the first message.

Any suggestions?

Yeah. I had much better luck calling him. Do you have his number? I have it in my inbox somewhere, but I'll have to dig.

I bought some lights from him probably 5 or 6 years ago for my Audi, and what I remember was that it was much easier to call him then rely on the e-mail. I did everything over the phone, and he spent a great deal explaining what would work best for my car.

The first thing I was going to do after driving the Jeep at night was give him a call - that was before I came across this forum. It's great to see that there's a lot of information on how to upgrade these lights using the Cibie's, can't wait to do this mod real soon...

 

I have left a message on his phone 4 times...and just left one on his cell phone. I hope this works. Thanks for the help guys.
