Go through and check everything that you can turn On/Off. All lights, Turn Signals, Cruise Control, Power Windows, Locks, Windshield Wipers, Hardtop Wiper, Windshield sprayers, etc. If you have a CB or HAM radio installed you will probably find they are bad just like the amp.

So the myster deepens.....

Seems like there is more going on. I drove for about 45 minutes after all this, and all of a sudden every dash light came on, and the speedo/tach stopped working and I had warning bells like crazy. Pulled over and turned it off, and she wouldn't start again.
Had it towed to a dealership and they are going to look at it tomorrow. This doesn't seem like it's good. Any ideas on what I may have screwed up?

Sounds like the battery you were jumping was stronger than yours and with the reversed voltage going everywhere in your system the list of things that didn't get damaged is probably shorter.
