Need Help - stereo upgrade working but sound is BAD
 

Hello All,
i have a 2012 JK 4 doors with the infinity speakers / amp/ subwoofer. today i decided to upgrade my stock radio to pioneer AVIC-X930BT.
i bought the metra CHTO-03 harness with the ASWC interface; i also bought a rear view camera.

i connected everything today, everything working, however the sound is scratchy. i double checked all the connection, speakers wires, ..... everything is fine. any idea why the sound is scratchy? any suggestions ??
any help is much appreciated.

also my ASWC doesn't seem to recognize my steering wheels buttons.

i am so frustrated, arggg
