Default Need help with windows master switch wiring please

Someone please help me, I am stuck...
Long story short I had a manual windows, and I bought a new factory power windows parts with wired alrerady in the doors.
My original harness from the dash has only 2 wires are running to the door's plug, for interior light. Now I want to install the master switch and run the extra wires to the door's plug. I attached a wiring diagram , and if I understand right , the back of the switch has 12 pins. They are numbered, 1-14. ( 2 empty slots) .
The power DC 12v goes in to the switch at pin #12. Than when you push the front /rear buttons up or down will close the circuit and will operate the window's motor sending a power to the desired window's motor??
So before I will wire it, I wanted to test out the switch with the voltmeter. Here is when my problem started. I used a voltmeter as conductivity check between the power in #12 , and all the other pins while i was pushing up and down the buttons on the switch.
Example #12 + #1 Right Rear switch pushed UP. And the voltmeter beeps, so that mean it would work.

Or #12+#7 switch pushed up and beeps... That means Right Front door window gets power so will go up.

But when I was checking Front Right window Down, and Front Left window Down, I can make those work.
Those the #12+3# with switch pushed down, and #12+#13 down...
I don't get it, all others worked according to the circuit closed, volt meter beeps... In up and down position, and the Front driver side, and passenger side only beeps when it was in the "UP" setup, but didn't beep when I was checking the "Down"
I didn't wired in like i said just trying to check the switch with the voltmeter. I attached the wiring diagram, I know it sound a bit difficoult , it is hard to explain lol, but please help me out.
I bought 2 switches, because I thought the first is broken... The second switch acts the same exact ..:(
