Default Non-sub panel in place of sub?

I have a 2012 JKU w the Infinity, and since I've upgraded my sound w aftermarket, I'm in no need for the factory sub.

Will a regular panel either from a JK or JKU be a direct swap? Will it still have the 12v plug?

And if so... Anyone up for trading

Yes, the regular panel will fit, as long as the piece that goes at the top (for the seatbelt) is included. I don't believe any of the non-sub panels have the 12v plug (could be wrong though). And yes, I am interested in trading. Pm me.
