Default P0688 code what more can i check?

P0688 code comes up. 2011 wranger
Battery light came on for the wife at work and after work it didnt start, replaces alternator and battery, still just cranks. Tried the spare key, Pushed and pull shifter around still nothing.
Had it towed home and replaced cam position sensor and crank position sensor and still cranks. All fuses and relays are good, checked all the grounds i found (passenger side engine block, grounds on the body side under hood, kickpanel grounds) still just cranks. I am not getting power to the asd fuses m19 and m25. Any ideas where to go from here?

Any help would be greatly apprciated, i have been searching this forum for almost 2 weeks now trying to find answers.

I hope it's not what happened to my 2014. Cranked and cranked but no start. Was a broken exhaust spring inside the engine. Ended up replacing the spring, cams, and phasers.

I had assumed mine was a bad fuel pump, but turned out to be that broken spring. I always do my own work, but that was beyond my abilities. Cost me around $2800, but that also included the oil filter housing replacement.
