Plug in replacement for 2012 dome light?
Hello,
I'm looking for a simple plug in replacement blue led bulb for my 2-door 2012's dome light. Anyone have any idea what size it is? Are there two bulbs in there or just one? Thanks, |
I found a pack of two 44m 6 led bulbs. Will those work?
EDIT: I don't think those will work. I just looked in the dome light and there are two small bulbs. They appear to be totally unmarked... I was also looking at the Oznium bulb sets, but I really don't think there is anyway those would fit in my dome light. I don't have any open space available. |
I ordered a pair of 921 size bulbs. They should be here tomorrow. I'll post whether or not they fit for anyone that might be interested.

They are 194 bulbs, I replaced mine with 5 diode LEDs and they are amazing. Also replaced my friends 2 door interior lights with the same bulbs.

The 921 might fit in the plug but it might be too long. I would just stick with the 194. Are you getting LED bulbs? If they only have 1 diode they won't be very bright cause it only points forward. If you get the 5 diode bulbs it will reflect in the housing as well as point forward.

360 degree light will be perfect for the housing. The bulbs might be polarity sensitive so if you put them in and it doesn't work, pull it out and try it the other way.
