Default question about "city lights"
i just installed my Delta headlights with CITY LIGHTS. it says they can be used for marker lights, turn signals, etc.
i want to know if i can make them into strobe lights? i know i will need something to control the strobe, but what about the bulb?
anyone have any ideas or done this b4?
