Default Reaiming headlights

now that i have lifted 4" there's the need for reaimong the headlights is there an easy way or a suggested amount for the new height?

Park on a level surface, 25 feet from a wall or other vertical surface.
Put a horizontal line on the wall, the same height as the center of your headlights.
Adjust your headlights so the top of the bright pattern is within 2" below, the line on the wall.

Thanks, I know people are Pissed at me fro blasting them with HID's at night. and it's a matter of time before i get pulled over.
