Default Which relay for auxiliary lights?

I'm going to wire some windshield lights directly to my high beams because I do not need or want an independent switch. Since I have a 2010 I know I can't just use a standard relay because of the PWM out of the canbus. So what type of relay do I need? Specifically what are the relays called the have a capacitor or Diode and where can I buy them? I've seen other posts about making your own but I know that you can buy them pre-made and really don't want to just hack something together. I don't know much about the subject, I'm just kind of rehashing what I've gathered on the forum and from google searches. Thanks in advance gents.

I am presently using my high beams to trigger a relay without any problem. I did throw in a few extra goodies for good measure. I incorporated an in-line fuse @ the splice point of the high beam circuit. In case of a short, the OEM circuit will be protected. Then, I also installed an in-line diode to choke any possible spikes from entering the OEM circuit. But, I did not require a capacitor to smooth out the voltage to the relay coil. Guess I was just lucky. You can buy the relays with the diode installed. But I do not think that you will find anything with a capacitor already installed.

I think the 2009 and 2010 models are the ones with the new PWM crap.
