RHB430N Question

Has anyone had any trouble Uploading photos?? I went to try and upload but the Icons on the screen won't allow me to touch any of them?? I Plugged in the USB in the front but neither one of the Icons will allow me to touch them to be able to add pictures.. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
