Default S-Pod

Is anyone like and run lights, compressor, winch, etc, etc? Are you using the S-Pod wiring switch? What do you think about it. To me it looks a Jeep savyor, but pricey for now. Is there a affoable one out there?

Just put mine in about 2 weeks ago. Running a Warn Power interrupt for the winch, new will cost you $75+, I got lucky got one off of ebay for $35.00 Currently running 2 sets of lights, winch, and will wire up a OBA in about another 2 weeks. My only real issue is that it's not a water tight system. I'm going to try to find a way to make it closer to water tight but the way that the wires run up under it leaves fairly big holes where I do have a lot of water splash up.

Do you just run your winch with that set up?

You can't run the winch directly. You need a relay. 500+ amps is to much for the 30 max amp fuses in the s-pod. My relay(warn power interrupt) runs on a 5 amp fuse. I also run 2 sets of lights. The windshield lights and the underside lights. I will add a couple light bars over time.

Ohh and funny story that I will make short.... Engine must be running if you run that setup for the winch. Or else the "Self healing circuit breaker" trips. And then you have to wait about 5-10 for it to reset. Took me about 2 hours to figure that one out.
