So do you still have the ones in the sound bar or not?

They look good by the way

Thanks! Yeah I have a pair in the soundbar still. I don't always run the tower speakers, so when they're out, I still get some sound

Installed the speaker pods but they wouldn't easily go where I wanted them too. The mounting brackets don't swivel on these and are fixed in a forward mount position. The only way I could easily mount them was at the rear base of my rollbar facing towards each other in the trunk area. The speakers do sound great though and even with my subwoofer, i was surprised how much more bass i had.
When the weather gets better I plan on taking the trektop off and fabbing up some brackets to mount facing forward and just to the sides of the rear headrests.
I had a crazy idea while putting these in. Removing the rear headrests and replacing them with these speaker pods. Making a foam trim ring and wrapping it in leather and turning the grill basically into a headrest. What u guys think? Crazy? Dumb? it was pretty late at night
