Default Speaker goes out?

My stereo in my JK has developed a new problem. Every once in a while one of the driver side speakers just stops working. Then a couple seconds later it comes back on. Not sure which speaker it is yet.
Any ideas?

More than likely a loose connection. Sometimes a blown speaker will do this if the voice coil is burnt, or the leads come loose

My front passenger speaker just started this also...Haven't had the time to investigate it any further yet.

Pull out the factory radio and test the two wires for continuity with a multimeter then you will know if the speaker wires have a break somewhere in the line. If they test good then it's an issue with the deck or just an issue with the garbage paper speakers from the factory. Do yourself a favor and replace the stock head unit and all the speakers and add an amplifier. The whole system has flaws and not enough power to power the speakers. That's why u get the worst bass ever from the sound bar
