Stock infinity sub

Will the stock infinity sub work in a non Infinity system?

Funny you should ask! I have the base system, but got my hands on an infinity sub and enclosure. Works like a charm. I installed it using and old amp a friend of mine gave me, 230w, not very big, but neither is the sub so i did not want to over load it. To get the sound to the amp, i wired in a line out converter to the rear speakers in the bar. I got the remote signal from the dash 12v plug, since it turns on and off with the key. It was much easier than i thought. If you need it, i can take some pics later on, or send me a message if you want to ask for any more details. Cheers!

Yeah buddy. The toughest parts is deciding where your going to install the amp, and then finding the right sized one to fit. I lucked out, and got one for free that was exactly what i was after.
