Strange Noise - Vent

I wondering why this is happening. What is it? How do I fix it? It happens when the jeep ignition is off and the door is left open. It happens after I start the jeep up.

Any ideas?

That happened to my 2012 a two years ago. The Dealer replaced the HVAC blend door actuator and it stopped. Now i just started happening again to mine!

I love my 2008 as it has cables that go to it and no electrical bullshit. Why I want to go backwards and do a custom build CJ7 or 8 with coilovers/diffs and Chev V8 power or 2.8 Cummins.
