Subs in JKU

I have a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and I'm about to put two 10" Memphis subs in from my truck. I have no clue where the best place is to put them. Whether it's under the back seat or behind it but if I put them in the back there won't be room for my top if I take of the front piece...
