Default superchips vivid

HI all. I have the Superchips Vivid Linq and a 2010 jk sport. Well I have e-mailed super chips and they have yet to return my e-mail but I am tired of for a response. Has anybody been able to get the thing to connect to a smart phone and actually use it. I have tried an update on it with no change.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe several folks made it work. There's a thread in the vendors section about it. In my case the problem was the UI did not fit my 7in tablet size well. Some of the buttons, gauges and scales were all messed-up but it seemed to work on a phone's smaller screen.

So it just won't connect? When you turn on the Vivid app, try hitting the menu button and see if it will allow you to manually connect
