Default Swapping from 6 speed to auto pcm?

Im going to be doing a 6 speed to Auto swap in an 07 JK , Any ideas what to do about a pcm? I want to keep my miles and vin# etc the same but Im not sure who reprograms these pcms. I talked to the top tech at the dealership and he said that he can only update the pcms to factory specs not change the programming from stick to auto. Any ideas ? If all else fails I guess Ill have to find a junker with the same options and buy its pcm.

I have an auto PCM from an 2007 Rubicon 4 Door. Not sure what these are worth, but my Jeep had 11,000 miles when I took it out. Nothing wrong with it, I just put in a new engine that required a new PCM.
