Default Switched power?

Where is the bst place to splice in to ignition/switched power? I read here that some are using the power ports, but I read 12 voltz with ignition off.

The passenger side cig lighter is 12 volt all the time. Only the driver side is switched with ignition.

I'll check again, but I swear the meter read 12V ignition off. I put pos. lead on back center post and the negative on the side.
