Default Temperature Control Not Working

Just had an aftermarket stereo installed today after the MyGig unit crapped out. Tonight when I turned on the heater when the knob is turned all the way to red (hot) it still blows cold air. (obviously a mew problem) Is there wiring for the temp control that may have gotten disconnected when the center console was disassembled and not put back properly? I am going to contact the installer Monday when they are open again but wanted to be a little educated on it before I call. Thanks!

Most likely the cable is disconnected from the temperature dial. If so, the panel will have to come apart reconnect it.

Thank you! That is what I was hoping it would be.
