Truck Lite problem
 

so its been raining hard for the last two days and this morning my headlights starting flickering...but not your minor flicker that everyone talks about...they looked like strobe lights....when i would turn them off and turn them back on it would stop for 3 min or so...i cant tell if it was both or just one....i can tell you when i hooked them up i didnt tape off the connection points...should have I? anyone have a solution?? or insite as to what maybe causing this....have had them about 2 months now no issues...even with rain....
