Default turn signals

Not sure if this is in the right place, but is there anyway to tighten the turn signal lever. When using my turn signals they work fine, just when turning back straight the lever goes the opposite way slightly, causing my turn signal to blink the opposite way for the 3 or 4 blink cycle (if that makes sense), haha. Just gets annoying. My jeep is a 2007 JKU sahara.

Assuming it is the same lever that is in my 13' I would guess there is no way to tighten it, it goes into a sealed electronic unit. However, the whole thing is super easy to replace. There are two torque head screws to remove the steering column cover, two regular screws on the lever unit itself, and then it slides loose, unplug two very small electrical plugs, and you have it out. I picked up a replacement at the dealer for I think $91.00. Reverse the process to put the new one in, and good to go. The whole thing can be swapped out in about 15 - 30 minutes. Super easy.

$91.00 is a bit steep, but calling around to different dealers might get you a better deal on it.

Hope this helps.

Happy Jeeping!

I doubt if there is any kind of fine tune adjustment or serviceable parts like springs. Most likely the switch itself will have to be replaced.

Ouch that is a little steep, but I'll probably go ahead and replace it. It annoys the crap out of me, lol. Turn signals are kind of a pet peeve of mine. Thanks for the help!

You can turn off the one touch lane change feature through the dealer or one of the many tuners. It is annoying to me as well.
