Uconnect REQ 2007 Model

Can someone Help over. Did a search with million returns so got lost.

I have 07 model with REQ Radio. When press Uconnect button says ( Uconnect Not Available)

If I purchase the Ucoonect Kit Part# 82211878 with Iphone + Ipod wire Part # 82211878 will this Uconnect work.

BIG BUMP Really need an answer quickly on this. Read a TSB which is confusing.

You need 82211878 for the UConnect kit and get it activated by the dealership with the StarScan once you have it installed.

For the iPod cable, you'll need 82212000, plugs into the UConnect module from the above kit.
