Please help with exactly which one is better then the other? The Unichip is $485 and the Jet is $239? What is the difference and which should I choose?

I have the Unichip and I am happy with it. I noticed my mpg went from 17-19mpg to 19-22mpg right off the bat. But now that I have 35" tires I will never see that again! 15-17mpg now but i am still using 4:10's also..
As for performance. I can't really tell i installed it with 300 miles on the clock.
