Default What Lights are these?

I was given these lights and my friend forgot what type they are he said he paid around 400-500 for these lights.

Does anybody know what type of lights they are?

From the obvious guards I would say some kind of the 500 series PIAA and the connector in that I can see also looks like the type PIAA uses.
