UPDATE: I guess I should have titled this Where can I BUY the amplifier bracket?

I did not purchase the upgrade Infinity Sound System with amplifier and subwoofer. To me, it seemed like a waste of money as I prefer spec'ing and installing my own custom systems. I would like to mount a amplifier (Alpine PDX5) in the location of the factory amplifier (under the steering wheel). However, I don't have the factory bracket to mount the amplifier. I've checked with several dealers, and they only sell the Amplifier + Bracket for over $200. I've been following eBay for "Wrangler ampliifier" and I've even made several trips to junk yards.

Still, this bracket alludes me. Does anyone know where to buy just the bracket? Also, if anyone has a busted Infinity Amplifier with the bracket that they want some money for, PM me..

Indeed.. unless you don't have a factory installed amplifier.. Then there's a avoid.

I'm putting a pdx in there as well I'm just gonna en up making my own mount

 

I sold my infinity amp but the bracket I kept and used to mount my crossovers, fitting my hd900/5 in there looked too tight. I'm getting amp bracket for under the seat from Carolina metal masters.
