Default Windsheild Light's

I'm looking to put KC lights or another brand of lights on my 2 DR JK Windshield. Any advise on good brands and size would be great i know there are different size lights just wondering what looks good and what brands are good? Pics and light size would help...

Check out inspired engineering. They make lights similar to rigid that are plug and play. They even offer a discount code for price reduction. Mine should arrive today. Hardly any power usage at all

I have had two sets of old school stainless daylighters by KC since 1999. They are by far the best company to deal with. One set had sealed beam bulbs that were discontinued and they sent complete internals to convert to the newer h3 bulbs and new bulbs under warranty. They do draw quite a bit of power but light the night up awesome.

They did that for me too....my lights on my old ram were my dad's twenty year old kc daylighters and after sitting for so many years when i started using them, they started blowing one by one, and kc replaced them one by one for free....they have a 23 year warranty on everything including bulbs

If you can restrain the urge to buy, and save up, I'd really recommend doing it right the first time... Go rigid. The look is cleaner, more modern, the lights are brighter, and the power consumption is super low.

My rigid on bottom and my cheap ebay(china) knock offs for $66 for the pair on the windshield. I figured I would give them a try worst thing would be I was out $66.00 And to be honest, I wish I had the money back from my rigids. I feel so much better that I don't have an expensive item hanging on the outside of the vehicle that someone can steal them. When it comes time to put the 50" bar across the top, I'm almost sure I'm going to go cheap on that to from ebay.

I love my Rigid D2. Paid $275 for them + $25 for the brackets to mount them on. These lights are exactly what I wanted, though a bit $$ compared to similar products by others. They are small so I dont see them while driving. Personally, I dont like the idea of having a 6" light up there. I put PIAA 520s on the bumper. Between the combo, I have a great mix of road and trail light. With distance, width and up close. Sorry no current pics.

Anything will improve your visibility and look nice. Its all about budget, use, and what you like the looks of. No matter what you get, you'll have more light to use at night.
