Default Windshield lights

I have some slimline 6"lights and want to mount them on the windshield. Looking for input about mounting brackets..................Rugged Ridge seems to have the least expensive, anyone have these? How are they holding up? I also am interested in the Olympics, they seem to put the light out of view of the driver, those of you that have these, what do you think of them and the quality? Pics would be great also

Rugged Ridge all the way... I mean, you could spend $$$ on the others... but they all do the EXACT same thing. So save your $$$ and get the Rugged Ridge.

My rugged ridge brackets have held up great. The rubberized backing keeps away any moisture/vibration between the bracket and mounting face. I Couldn't be happier for the price. No paint chipping, rust, etc. easy to clean too.

I don't know if this helps but I bought a pair of KC slims and my local shop was out of windshield brackets so I mounted the light U bracket directly to the windshield frame using one of the windsheild bolts. I just put some foam tape on the back of the u-bracket so it wouldn't touch the paint, torqued it down and then bolted the light back on the U bracket. It actually worked so well I never bought the real brackets. They've never come loose or moved on me and they sit lower which is something I wanted anyway.
