Default Wiring up rugged ridge light kit with daystar rockers

I've seen a post with daystar rockers but mine is a little different since the rugged ridge kit comes with a micro switch.

So, looking at the diagram below, I had a few questions.

1. I cut off the connector going to the micro switch and I just want to make sure that I connect the rocker right.

Ground - of course this is ground (Black)
Load - would this be the connection to the relay? (white to blue connection)
Supply - I'm assuming that this would be the connection to the "Parking Lamp" (Red)?

2. Where is the parking lamp wire? If i'm right under the dash, would I just splice into the harness comeing from the column? Which wire is it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The black just connects to ground.
The blue from the relay will connect to the load on the new switch.
The supply will connect to the 12v positive on the cig lighter ( the one that is turned off and on by the accessory switch ).Forget about the parking light circuit.

Curious... Why do you say to forget using the parking light? Is it so you can operate the new lights without turning on the parking lights?
