Default WONT CRANK need electrical help

So I was installing a new smittybilt bumper with winch. After installation was done we plugged up the remote and tested the winch. The winch worked fine for about 5 minutes then the whole jeep died and wouldn't crank. I tried to crank again but nothing would work, no interior lights no odometer , nothing . Eventually the odometer would come on barely and twitch a lot but still no crank.

A few notes: I also have a 1000 watt sub amp, 1000 watt kc lights already connected to the battery.

Can annyone tell me what may be wrong?

Also I don't know if this was relevant, but the battery would make a clicking noise even when we were not doing anything to it

Did you try to jump it. You may have killed your battery.

We tried to jump it and nothing, also I've had no problems with my battery before even with the sound system and lights wired to it

I would say the battery is shot. Pull it out and have it load tested. I'll bet it is toast.

So would having all of that hooked up to it burn it out so quick? And permanently?

If it was on its way out. Stock battery is not meant for deep discharge. Were you listening to the stereo during the install? Double check your connections on the battery. Meaning are they tight with no corrosion. Sparking could be the clicking. How did you hook up the winch? Did you double check the main ground from your battery? Check your polarity.

So even with cables attached still nothing? Sounds like maybe a blown fuse. Even with a dead battery, you should get something with jumper cables....

The winch was grounded and worked fine, the jeep just went dead. So then we unhooked the winch and put the battery back like it was before and nothing happened still, alone or trying to jump it .
