XSVI-6522 or CHTO-03?
Alright, I have an 07 X with non-infinity system. I'm contemplating putting in a DVD head unit.
I know everybody says we need the CHTO-03 harness. However, when I use the Metra vehicle selector it says XSVI-6522. Which one do I need???

Pretty sure you need the XSVI-6522. The CHTO-03 is for those keeping use of the stock infinity speakers & amp.
Now to complicate matters: I was using the 6522 harness (I was bypassing the infinity speakers, amp and sub) and there was a turn-off issue. See THIS THREAD. I removed the 6522 harness last week and hardwired the h/u and the problem went away.
These might be random problems and maybe not all Metra 6522 harnesses have this glitch.
