My brother started this jeep as a crawler project, he decided to go to a full size truck and it ended up in my yard on a trade. It was bought from Davey's jeep with a salvage title because of a dash/engine fire. My wife finally went on a wheeling trip with me to Harlan Ky this spring and had a blast, so this will be built for her as something to start poking around in rock gardens with.




He also bought a wrecked 2011 JK off Davey for all the dash/wiring/column/interior.




This is how I got it





I bought everything from under a friends 2016 JKU Rubicon Hardrock with 8,000 miles and never offroad, because he went to Rockjock 70's. Put it together with alot of parts I bought used.





The project came with 5.3 mounts from JSS but.........(I'm going get flamed for this and I know it) since my wife has stopped mud racing and wants to try crawling I'm going to pull the 4.6 stroker/aw4 out of her comanche and put it in this project. I"ll never get my money back out of this motor so I might as well use it. It's a 30 over 4.0 with a 258 crank and rods, the head is a 2.02 valve head from 505 performance, 512 solid lift cam, Bullit roller rockers, 24 lbs inj and a 68mm throttle body. Here's a pic of her truck and she's won 100's of races in the last 10 years with this truck, she's ready to try something new.





I'm going to keep it small on 35's for now so the stock Rubi 44's will hold up and she'll go places she probably won't wanna be anyway...
